NY COCKTAILS SINGAPORE SLING

With its roots as far back as the early 1900’s, this long drink was developed in Singapore to look like juice, with its rosy pink hues designed to appeal to women. This sweet and semi-sour cocktail is a favourite at parties.

Best served in a highball glass over ice, infuse with gin and top up with pineapple juice. Garnish with a lemon slice and cherry.

How to Prepare:

1. Fill the bottle with vodka
2. Let it infuse for minimum 3-5 hrs
3. Strain a generous shot of infused mix into a chilled glass then top up with tonic water

*Refrigerate after adding alcohol. Best consumed within two weeks of infusion.
